Located right on Lavender Bay, this could be a great little boat ramp. However, parking is abysmal, and there is very little room around this ramp. I'd appreciate any tips from anyone who uses this ramp, but my thoughts are - small boats only, and only if you're a competent trailer-reverser as there's very little room around.
